HOW IT WORKS (options!)

  1. You may want to order off of a menu, or you may want to just Tell Us What You Want! Either way is great.

  2. If you want some ideas for inspiration, you can peruse our menus here:

  3. Call us ANYTIME, to ask questions about what you want and get clarity. We can walk you through it, hold your hand… your wish is our command! (more or less — ha! — we really are happy to make great moments happen for your event)

  4. You may pick up your delectables, or we will happily bring everything to you and/or set it up for a fee.

  5. Want support at your event? Many clients like to have us staff your events, so you don’t have to worry about a thing, but it’s not required.

STAFFING FEES

  • Drop off or Delivery and setup —$150 flat rate

  • Chef / Event Manager —$300 flat rate

  • Sous Chef —$40/hour

  • Bar Attendant —$35/hour

  • Servers —$30/hour

  • Dish Attendant/ Ancillary —$25/hour

FAQ

Do I need to order from your menus, or can I just tell you what I want?
Whatever works for you, works for us. We’re happy to discuss the details with you to be sure it’s exactly what you want.

Can you really make delicious & authentic Caribbean foods?
Of course! It’s my specialty.

Are you available at [fill in the date]?
Please contact us as early as possible to be sure we can cater your event. Many clients book us a year or more in advance to be sure we’re available, although that much notice is usually not necessary.

Is your kitchen a dedicated gluten-free facility?
We can happily make gluten-free options, but we do prepare gluten and other allergens in our kitchen.

Do you cater to vegetarians?
Sure, we can prepare delicious foods for vegan and vegetarian clients!! This is often requested, and we are careful and conscious about taking care of you or your veggie loved ones.
